Everyone loves a party, especially the host or hostess when they go home and their living-room is still clean, bring whatever you want and leave the mess behind.
We provide three hours of music, you can request a type or bring your own for us to play. As many or few games as you wish to play and yes many can be done while allowing others to skate without being in the game. Prizes and surprises and if you wish to offer any special prizes that can be done too. If you wish to have a pinata, bring it along, we are set up to play.
The snack-bar will be open, however you are encouraged to bring any munchies and drinks you would like to share with your guests. Sorry no liquor allowed. Naturally if it's a Birthday Party you will need someplace to stick the candles. We recommend cupcakes for children with one candle in the birthday child's. This way you do not have to cut and serve (no need to bring knife or plates) and one cupcake is usually just the right portion. Also if the drinks are to be poured into cups a marker to put the child's name on each cup will save you. Otherwise they will grab a new cup each time and all your drink will be sitting in unclaimed cups.
You may bring any kind of food you wish. We should point out however, that most children will be too excited to eat much and would rather keep playing. We have refrigeration, a hotdog steamer, toaster oven and micro-wave that you may use. Some people like to have pizza delivered or bring it themselves. That is fine and there are several pizza places nearby. We recomend pies be cut into 16's instead of the usual 8 slices.
We do put up some decorations and the rink is usually festooned with something of the nearest holiday. You are welcome to put up decorations, we are not afraid of tape. Mention your intent when you make your reservation and the rink can be available a half hour early (no extra charge) for you to add decorations.
